Job Summary

Accountable for investigating claims suspected of fraud, the remote SIU Investigator will provide superior customer service while safeguarding the company and its insureds through thorough investigations and proactive claims review.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complete investigations of suspected fraudulent claims
• Act as a liaison for claims staff, providing training and awareness on fraud issues
• Review files proactively to identify potentially questionable claims

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an SIU investigator handling personal lines auto claims
• Understanding of laws, statutes, and regulations related to fraud handling
• High sense of professionalism with an empathetic approach
• Ability to approach problems with an open mind
