SIU Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of SIU coordinators, scheduling and monitoring assignments of field investigators
• Review and edit written reports and recordings for quality and accuracy
• Communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and cross-sell services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years' experience in managing or investigating claims related to liability, property casualty, disability, or workers compensation
• Leadership experience is required
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a bonus
