Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIU Triage Property Rep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate information from referring sources to determine the need for intervention
• Assign referrals to appropriate resources based on established guidelines
• Record data accurately into systems, respond to inquiries, and communicate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications:

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
• Basic knowledge of claim handling guidelines, practices, and processes
• Organizational skills to manage assignments and workload effectively
• Basic knowledge of utilizing internet, claim and policy systems, and research databases
• Analytical skills including information gathering, critical thinking, and decision making
