Job Summary

To achieve transformational project results, the full-time salaried Six Sigma Improvement Advisor will facilitate multidisciplinary teams, manage project milestones, and analyze performance opportunities while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Manages project milestones through disciplined project management and relationship management
• Streamlines clinical and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes
• Conducts training sessions and develops project-specific education plans for staff and leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Required)
• Six Sigma Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) (Required)
• Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field (Preferred)
