Job Summary
To achieve transformational project results, the full-time salaried Six Sigma Improvement Advisor will facilitate multidisciplinary teams, manage project milestones, and analyze performance opportunities while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Manages project milestones through disciplined project management and relationship management
- Streamlines clinical and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Conducts training sessions and develops project-specific education plans for staff and leaders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Required)
- Six Sigma Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) (Required)
- Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field (Preferred)
