SketchUp Rendering Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Rendering Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Sketchup and Enscape 3D architectural renderings based on specifications
• Deliver drawings within specific deadlines (24-48 hour turnaround)
• Regularly communicate with the Lead Renderer and track time for billing purposes

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proficient in SketchUp, LayOut, SU Podium, and Chaos Enscape
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a drafting capacity
• College degree and/or relevant job experience in the design field
• Knowledge of various interior design materials and standard dimensions for interiors
• Flexible schedule and a passion for building Sketchup models
