Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Ski and Ride School Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive alignment to annual Ski & Ride School goals and business plans across the portfolio
• Lead the development of training standards and operational procedures to be scaled across all resorts
• Oversee SRS Supply Management, including scheduling, inventory management, and payroll systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven track record of operational leadership in a multi-location environment
• Experience in process improvements that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Strong background in training development, inventory systems, and workforce management tools
• Leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or consumer service industries preferred
• Expertise in designing and executing operations at scale
