Job Summary

To support client talent acquisition needs, the remote Skilled Labor Recruiter will source, recruit, qualify, and place skilled manufacturing and logistics professionals in both contract and direct-hire opportunities while managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruiting process efficiently
  • Source qualified candidates through various recruiting channels and build strong talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews and negotiate employment offers with candidates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in skilled labor positions for manufacturing and/or logistics clients
  • 1+ years of client engagement experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong consulting and client relationship management skills
