Job Summary
To support client talent acquisition needs, the remote Skilled Labor Recruiter will source, recruit, qualify, and place skilled manufacturing and logistics professionals in both contract and direct-hire opportunities while managing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruiting process efficiently
- Source qualified candidates through various recruiting channels and build strong talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate employment offers with candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of recruiting experience in skilled labor positions for manufacturing and/or logistics clients
- 1+ years of client engagement experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong consulting and client relationship management skills
