Job Summary

To lead business development efforts for a Skilled Nursing Clinical Consulting practice, the remote, full-time Skilled Nursing Clinical Sales Director will develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and identify growth opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor to skilled nursing organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow the clinical consulting business
  • Identify and close new business opportunities while building relationships with key decision-makers in the Skilled Nursing industry
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate consulting solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Long-Term Care clinical and operational roles
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare reimbursement, and Skilled Nursing operations
  • Proven ability to develop business and build executive relationships
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • 5+ years of successful business development or sales experience in healthcare consulting or professional services
