Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the fully remote Skills Strategy Sr Manager will execute a multi-year strategy focused on talent development and mobility, implementing a skills-driven organization to enhance capabilities management across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and measure progress on a phased multi-year plan for innovative skills and capabilities management
• Define and implement a change strategy to transition to a skills-driven organization
• Manage a team to identify and execute opportunities for talent marketplace infusion and performance enablement

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for decision-making
• Expertise in HR and integrated talent management best practices
• Fluency in digital strategies, including experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation and develop sustainable long-term strategies
