Job Summary
A company is looking for a Skip & Loss Prevention Specialist responsible for investigating and preventing financial losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skip tracing and internet research for assigned accounts
- Manage inbound collections calls and make outbound calls to resolve customer accounts
- Monitor trends in first payment defaults and report findings to the Resolution Team
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
