Job Summary

A company is looking for a Skip & Loss Prevention Specialist responsible for investigating and preventing financial losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct skip tracing and internet research for assigned accounts
  • Manage inbound collections calls and make outbound calls to resolve customer accounts
  • Monitor trends in first payment defaults and report findings to the Resolution Team
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
