Skip Trace Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Skip Trace Coordinator to coordinate and administer investigative methods for locating client debtors and collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer various skip trace techniques to locate client debtors and collateral
• Maintain a large inventory of accounts, providing regular updates to clients and management
• Develop and maintain relationships with recovery vendors and evaluate vendor effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• One to three years of successful investigative (skip trace) experience is preferred
• One to three years of prior experience in the repossession or collections industry is preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding customer confidentiality and debt collection practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a focus on production and accountability
