Skip Trace Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Skip Trace Coordinator will coordinate investigative methods to locate client debtors and collateral, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while maintaining professional communication and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer various skip trace techniques to locate client debtors and collateral
• Maintain a large inventory of accounts, providing regular updates to clients and management
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to enhance investigative activities and results

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• One to three years of successful investigative (skip trace) experience is preferred
• One to three years of prior experience in the repossession or collections industry is preferred
• Strong computer, internet, and web searching abilities
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding customer confidentiality and debt collection practices
