Job Summary

To support both commercial and consumer collections portfolios, the full-time remote Skip Tracer will locate updated contact information, identify key individuals, and document findings to enhance recovery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Skip trace on both commercial and consumer accounts to locate updated contact information
• Identify owners, officers, and related parties on commercial files while documenting findings clearly
• Collaborate with collectors and management to support recovery efforts following structured processes

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of skip tracing experience required
• Experience working with both commercial and consumer accounts
• Strong research skills using skip tracing tools, databases, and public records
• Ability to work accounts thoroughly and not just run searches
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote setting
