Skip Tracing Associate

Job Summary

To support the Loss Mitigation department, the remote Associate Skip Tracing will track and coordinate repossession activities, identify client collateral locations, and communicate with Recovery Agents while working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and verify the best-known addresses for locating client collateral
• Communicate with Recovery Agents and manage repossession orders based on validated information
• Analyze credit applications and recovery data to improve repossession strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of recent Skip Tracing experience in auto recovery
• Banking or collections experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Experience in the auto finance field is advantageous
• Demonstrated career stability in previous roles
