Job Summary

Slack Solution Engineer, a full-time position focused on driving complex sales cycles and designing Slack-based solutions for government agencies, while showcasing the integration of AI tools and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deal cycles across government agencies
• Design Slack-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and citizen outcomes
• Evangelize the "Slack-First" strategy to public sector executives and demonstrate AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
• Experience with Slack and understanding of its platform capabilities
• Preferred experience with Salesforce
• Experience selling to government agencies and knowledge of public sector procurement processes
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving products and market dynamics
