Slate Communications Strategist

Job Summary

Overseeing the execution and success of clients' Slate Deliver campaigns, the remote Slate Communications Strategist will manage campaign configuration, analyze performance, and provide strategic insights to optimize results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the build and maintenance of Slate Deliver campaigns, including email builds and report configurations
• Communicate actively with clients about campaign processes and strategy, presenting insights and recommendations during check-in calls
• Contribute to team innovation and explore emerging tools to enhance campaign efficiency and strategic outcomes

Required qualifications

• Associate/bachelor's degree or equivalent life/work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of intermediate to advanced experience in Technolutions Slate CRM, specifically within the Deliver module
• At least 1 year of experience in higher education
• Thorough knowledge of Slate communications operations and enrollment communications strategy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
