Slate Technical Support Contractor

Job Summary

To support system operations and enhance user experience, the part-time Slate Technical Support Contractor will assist with configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Slate CRM, working remotely for up to 15-25 hours per week over a duration of 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of forms, applications, rules, workflows, data, and events within Slate
• Identify, document, and resolve system errors or logic issues while participating in testing new rules, automations, and builds
• Create and refine queries and reports to support internal teams and ensure accurate data for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Slate CRM, including configuration, query/report building, and portal development
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and test logic in Slate, including resolving issues with rules and filters
• Proficiency in query building and Configurable Joins
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality with student data
• Experience working independently in a remote environment
