Job Summary

To expand market presence across Arizona, Texas, Florida, and remote locations, the full-time SLED Account Manager will develop new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships within State, Local Government, Education, Healthcare, and Public Sector organizations, focusing on consultative sales of UCaaS and critical communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy targeting SLED, Healthcare, and Public Sector organizations
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of telecom, UCaaS, or cloud communication sales experience
  • Proven experience selling into State, Local Government, Education, or Healthcare sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close net-new business
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
