Sleep Care Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Care Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on individual patient activity using the Sanusom Portal
• Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from patients and caregivers
• Document patient interactions and collaborate with new staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in counseling, coaching, or healthcare, particularly in sleep-related fields is preferred
• Strong work history supporting patients and providers in various healthcare settings
• Familiarity with CPAP therapy and equipment preferred, but not required
• Computer literate with working knowledge of electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
