Sleep Care Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Care Coach - Remote (CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to patients regarding sleep health and treatment options
• Utilize electronic medical records to track patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Build rapport with patients to encourage adherence to treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Counseling, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience with CPAP or sleep medicine is a plus but not required
• Comfortable using remote technology
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
