Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Coach (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy
• Review daily patient activity and initiate follow-up calls to patients and caregivers
• Document all patient interactions in electronic medical records and assist with scheduling appointments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may substitute for a degree
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and remote technology
• CPAP or sleep medicine experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
