Sleep Coach

Job Summary

To support patients undergoing CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea, the full-time Sleep Coach will provide education, coaching, and ongoing support remotely, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Key responsibilities

• Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy
• Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from patients and caregivers
• Document all patient interactions in electronic medical records and collaborate with team members

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and remote technology
• CPAP or sleep medicine experience is a plus but not required
