Sleep Services Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To support patient care, the full-time Sleep Services Care Coordinator will coordinate, monitor, and report on sleep therapy compliance, primarily communicating with patients via phone and email in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from referral sources and secure referral orders in a call center environment
• Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and ensure high standards of service delivery through follow-up communication with patients
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate patient compliance data across multiple platforms

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired; equivalent professional experience preferred
• Must comply with continuing education requirements as per company and regulatory standards
• Strong customer service focus with a high degree of integrity and trust
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
