Job Summary

Driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Small Business Account Executive will manage a pipeline of approximately 450 accounts, focusing on self-sourced outbound prospecting and closing new business remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, building and managing a pipeline that is 80-90% self-generated outbound
  • Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading high-quality discovery sessions and tailored demos, closing deals within an average 30-day sales cycle
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota for net-new revenue
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition
  • Proven success managing a primarily outbound sales pipeline
  • A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills
  • Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and personal accountability
