Job Summary

Driving net-new logo acquisition, the full-time Small Business Account Executive will manage a pipeline primarily composed of self-sourced outbound leads, conduct sales meetings, and consistently close new business within a 30-day sales cycle, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle across approximately 450 accounts, focusing on self-generated outbound leads
  • Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading tailored demos and high-quality discovery sessions
  • Achieve or exceed quota by consistently closing net-new revenue
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition
  • Proven success in managing a primarily outbound sales pipeline
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills
  • High activity levels, resilience, and coachability
