Job Summary

Driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Small Business Account Executive will manage a pipeline primarily composed of self-sourced outbound prospects, conducting sales meetings and closing deals within a 30-day sales cycle remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle across approximately 450 accounts, focusing on self-generated outbound leads
  • Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas for net-new revenue
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition
  • Proven success managing an outbound sales pipeline
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills
  • High levels of activity, resilience, coachability, and personal accountability
