Job Summary
Driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Small Business Account Executive will manage a pipeline primarily composed of self-sourced outbound leads, conduct sales meetings, and close new business remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across approximately 450 accounts, focusing on self-generated outbound leads
- Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading tailored demos and closing deals within an average 30-day sales cycle
- Consistently achieve or exceed net-new revenue quotas
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle, net-new logo acquisition
- Proven success in managing an outbound sales pipeline
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- High activity levels, resilience, and coachability
