Job Summary

Driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Small Business Account Executive will manage a pipeline primarily generated through self-sourced outbound prospecting and close new business within the 1-50 employee segment remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle across approximately 450 accounts, focusing on self-generated outbound leads
  • Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading high-quality discovery sessions and tailored demos with a typical 30-day sales cycle
  • Consistently achieve or exceed net-new revenue quotas
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle net-new logo acquisition, with a focus on outbound sales
  • Proven success in managing an outbound sales pipeline
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and closing abilities
  • Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and personal accountability
