Job Summary
To support continued growth in the Pacific Northwest, the full-time Small Business Account Manager will drive new customer acquisition, leverage regional networks, and provide strategic insights while working remotely from Seattle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new small business customers to drive growth in the region
- Evaluate market trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic planning
- Mentor and coach team members while iterating on sales processes for hyper-growth readiness
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in effective sales practices, particularly in small business environments
- Proven track record of scaling fast-growth technology businesses
- Experience in designing strategic go-to-market plans
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business areas successfully
- Familiarity with video conferencing technologies is a plus but not required
