Job Summary
To drive continued growth for the company, the fully remote Small Business Account Manager will identify new customers, leverage regional networks, and evaluate market opportunities while mentoring team members and iterating sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory
- Act as an ambassador for the company by attending events and maintaining market awareness
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members while refining sales processes for growth
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in effective sales practices, particularly in small business environments
- Proven track record in scaling fast-growth technology businesses
- Experience in designing strategic go-to-market plans
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business areas successfully
- Familiarity with video conferencing technology is a plus but not required
