Small Business Credit Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Credit Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to business cash flow, credit, and financial health to identify insights and product opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and senior management to develop and commercialize analytical data products
• Lead analytical efforts, mentoring colleagues and managing the lifecycle of data science models from exploration to deployment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk management, analytics, and/or data science
• Significant knowledge of small business credit, including underwriting and portfolio management
• Experience with LLMs and AI tools for product development
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with data science libraries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
