Small Business Sales Distribution Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Sales Distribution Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Small Business Sales and verticals, including talent management and succession planning
• Develop and expand Small Business Programs, collaborating with key business partners
• Manage relationships with online distributors, Small Commercial Programs, and aggregators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field, with MBA or other graduate degree preferred, or equivalent
• Minimum of 12-15 years of sales or industry experience, with 5-8 years of management experience
• Experience managing agency relationships and developing agent segmentation strategies
• Experience developing/delivering marketing and agent engagement promotions
