Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager 1, Small & Medium Business Direct Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Business Class team within a call center environment, ensuring efficient communication and operational processes
• Track, analyze, and report performance data on departmental initiatives and oversee sales/retention reporting
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members while cultivating a positive and motivational team environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing teams and driving departmental efficiencies
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
• Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
