Job Summary
Leading a team of Small Business Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, the full-time remote Small Business Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, oversee pipeline generation, and enhance sales execution strategies to expand market penetration.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve SMB revenue and pipeline targets
- Establish performance expectations and accountability for sales activities and opportunity progression
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead management and improve conversion rates
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven success leading high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated expertise in sales coaching, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
- Experience in recruiting and developing sales talent in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational discipline with familiarity in leveraging CRM platforms and sales analytics
