Key Responsibilities

• Leads the Western Zone Underwriting team, fostering a high-performing culture and continuous development
• Drives disciplined underwriting by setting expectations, coaching decision-making, and ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Establishes and monitors performance objectives to achieve business goals while collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
