Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach, develop, support, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives on lead generation and sales fundamentals
  • Monitor performance goals and objectives of all direct reports, providing ongoing feedback
  • Strategize and establish next steps for converting leads, including creating outreach strategies and refining messaging

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of managing an inside sales team
  • Understanding of a full-cycle sales process and working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong critical thinking skills to drive towards desired outcomes
  • Ability to establish a deep understanding of professional motivators of others to inspire a team
