Job Summary
A company is looking for a Smart Building Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Smart Building OT platform, ensuring proper system configuration and troubleshooting issues
- Support building performance by analyzing data trends and collaborating with site teams on operational improvements
- Coordinate with teams on energy management and facility operations to enhance data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering or a similar technical degree
- Experience in building systems design, commissioning, and optimization, preferably HVAC-related
- Strong knowledge of large commercial HVAC systems and their automation
- Ability to analyze building data to identify performance deficiencies and develop remediation plans
- Strong empirical analysis skills and the ability to quickly process and understand data
