SmartAdvocate Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SmartAdvocate Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards in SmartAdvocate
• Manage configuration and enhancements, including workflows, automation logic, and reporting structures
• Analyze case data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience working in SmartAdvocate within a personal injury law firm
• Proven experience building and maintaining custom SmartAdvocate reports and dashboards
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows
• Experience analyzing operational data and presenting insights to leadership
• Strong understanding of data integrity and reporting logic within a case management system
