SmartCOMM Lead Developer

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time SmartCOMM Lead Developer will manage day-to-day activities, oversee the end-to-end Forms lifecycle process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for Customer Communication Management products.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily activities of team members and lead stand-up meetings
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and highlight risks and issues in project deliverables
• Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and provide production support for Document Delivery Technology applications

Required qualifications:

• Experience in SmartCOMM/Thunderhead and Draft Editor
• Strong scripting background and knowledge of different platforms (Mainframe, Unix & Windows)
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and end-to-end migration projects using accelerators
• Ability to organize weekly status calls and manage risk
• Familiarity with metrics, measurements, and defect prevention processes
