SmartCOMM Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Working onsite in Toronto, the contract SmartCOMM Solution Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Customer Communication Management solutions, focusing on building templates and workflows for the insurance and financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SmartCOMM templates and content logic for various communication types
• Design SmartCOMM data models and ensure accurate data mapping and ingestion
• Configure SmartIQ workflows and integrate communication outputs with SmartCOMM

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of IT experience with strong hands-on CCM engineering
• 3-5 years of direct SmartCOMM experience, including templates and APIs
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, and structured data mapping
• Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
• Background in insurance or financial services communication workflows
