A company is looking for a Prime Lead Consultant for SmartRecruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable internal teams to sell, implement, and support SmartRecruiters
• Lead solution strategy and design by assessing talent-acquisition workflows and defining future-state architectures
• Facilitate client workshops and decision-making sessions, ensuring clear outcomes and actionable next steps

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing the SmartRecruiters platform (3-5+ deployments)
• Experience leading medium to large-scale talent-acquisition technology projects as the functional lead
• Bachelor's degree
• SmartRecruiters certification
• Experience with integrations, data migrations, and change management within recruitment systems is a plus
