Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized life sciences companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts, driving opportunities from initial contact through close using Salesforce
  • Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations tailored to the needs of pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and align the platform to their needs
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a strong plus for experience in life sciences or selling to pharma/biotech organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in an SMB or mid-market sales environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
