Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time SMB Account Executive will acquire and manage new accounts remotely, focusing on building relationships and demonstrating how the company's solutions can address maintenance challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and meet sales targets
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, utilizing various sales techniques for lead generation
- Lead value-based sales conversations, aligning the company's capabilities with customer goals and closing deals
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
