Job Summary
Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time SMB Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for small and midsize businesses, engage in outbound prospecting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with SMB merchants
- Engage and convert warm inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
- Track and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce to meet and exceed revenue goals
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, preferably in a SaaS or SMB-focused environment
- Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion
- Strong CRM fluency, particularly in Salesforce or similar platforms
- A hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach
- Curiosity and empathy to understand customer needs and deliver consultative solutions
