Job Summary

Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time SMB Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engage in outbound prospecting, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close with SMB merchants across various industries
  • Engage and convert inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
  • Track and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce, consistently hitting and exceeding revenue goals
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS or SMB-focused environment
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle motion
  • Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and a data-driven approach to activity management
  • A hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach
  • Curiosity and empathy to uncover customer needs and position appropriate solutions
