Job Summary

Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time SMB Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, engage in outbound prospecting, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable impact for small and midsize businesses.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing deals with SMB merchants
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads while supplementing the pipeline with outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track pipeline metrics in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, preferably in a SaaS or payments environment
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle context
  • Strong communication skills, including phone, video, and written formats
  • CRM fluency, particularly in Salesforce or similar tools, with a data-driven approach to activity management
  • A hunter's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and a team-first attitude
