Job Summary
Seeking a driven SMB Account Executive to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will build a sales pipeline through personalized outreach and competitive displacement, while demonstrating the value of a workforce intelligence platform to small and medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize behavioral data and intent signals to tailor outreach and address vertical-specific challenges
- Conduct efficient discovery calls to categorize prospects and identify opportunities in security, productivity, or process
- Collaborate with SMB ecosystems to drive referrals and expand the sales pipeline while addressing privacy concerns proactively
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech
- A proven ability to independently source at least 40% of the sales pipeline
- Experience with tools like HubSpot and Apollo for managing outbound sequences
- Strong demonstration skills and adaptability based on prospect needs
- Demonstrated ownership and coachability in analyzing and improving performance
