Job Summary
A company is looking for an SMB Accounts, Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand service adoption within existing SMB customers
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize contract renewals and mitigate churn
- Lead a high-performing customer success team and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record in revenue growth
- 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business intelligence tools, such as Tableau
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce for account management and tracking
- Bachelor's degree preferred
