Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Accounts, Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand service adoption within existing SMB customers
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize contract renewals and mitigate churn
  • Lead a high-performing customer success team and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record in revenue growth
  • 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business intelligence tools, such as Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce for account management and tracking
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
