Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Account Manager to manage relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts through proactive outreach
  • Manage contract renewals and lead negotiations with customer accounts
  • Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business of about 150 accounts
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-2 years of quota-carrying inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience with outbound sales motions and full-cycle sales preferred
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or construction industry preferred
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
