Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time SMB Account Manager will own customer relationships, ensuring renewals, product adoption, and upselling opportunities while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize relationships within a high-velocity book of business
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement resolution strategies to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a goal-oriented, customer-facing role with a history of carrying a quota
  • Strong pipeline management skills and familiarity with Salesforce
  • Proven success in navigating organizations to identify decision makers for SaaS investments
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and process management skills
