Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time SMB Account Manager will own customer relationships, ensuring renewals, product adoption, and upselling opportunities while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and prioritize relationships within a high-velocity book of business
- Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement resolution strategies to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications
- Experience in a goal-oriented, customer-facing role with a history of carrying a quota
- Strong pipeline management skills and familiarity with Salesforce
- Proven success in navigating organizations to identify decision makers for SaaS investments
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent time and process management skills
